The RentalRewards.com website (the "Site" or "Rental Rewards") is owned and operated by Rental Markets, Inc ("Rental Markets" or "We"). The Rental Rewards program ("Program") provides members ("Members") the ability to earn cash points and bonus points for submitting apartment related content, taking Site generated surveys, responding to offers from partner merchants on third party sites, by responding to email advertisements and taking advantage of merchant offers on Site.
The use of this service is subject to the terms and conditions established in this document called the Terms of Use ("TOU"). You must agree to the TOU in order to use the Site. Membership in the Program constitutes agreement to these TOU. The TOU may be updated from time to time without any prior notice. It is your responsibility to check these in order to insure that you are complying with the current TOU. Your continued use of the Program after amendments are posted constitutes an acknowledgement and acceptance of the Agreement and its modifications. Except as provided in this paragraph, this Agreement may not be amended.
OUR SERVICE. Our service is free. There are no membership fees. Rental Rewards reserves the right to send Members occasional messages by email for which points are not rewarded. These messages may include announcements about Rental Rewards administrative updates, maintenance notices and special requests.
Rental Rewards is under no obligation to provide Members with any type of opportunities to earn points.
At any time, Rental Rewards reserves the right to limit or close membership enrollment in the Program.
MEMBER REGISTRATION. By registering for this service you agree that: 1) you are at least 18 years of age, 2) you reside in the United States or Canada, 3) you are using a valid email for your member registration, 4) any information you provide on this site is true, accurate and complete and will keep that information up-to-date. RentalRewards.com reserves the right to suspend or terminate anyone's member account for any reason, with or without notice.
MEMBER ACCOUNT. When you register with RentalRewards.com, you receive an account which you access with your email address and the password you entered at registration. You are solely responsible for all the information on your account and for all activities that occur on your account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your personal account information. You agree to notify RentalRewards.com immediately of any unauthorized activity on your account.
USER CONTENT. RentalRewards.com does not provide any of the user generated content on the Site. You are fully responsible for any and all content you post to the Site, including, but not limited to apartment reviews, apartment information, business reviews, photos, videos and apartment listings. We do not guarantee, verify or endorse the accuracy of any of the content posted by registered members. You agree that RentalRewards.com will not be liable for any content posted on this site nor for any loss or damage of any kind that incurred as the result of the use of any of the posted content. By submitting content to RentalRewards.com:
You are granting us a royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, non-exclusive, unrestricted, worldwide license to use, copy, modify, transmit, sell, exploit, create derivative works from, distribute and or display such Submission, in whole or in part, in any manner or medium now known or hereafter developed.
You automatically waive any claim that any use of such content violates any of your rights, including privacy rights, publicity rights, moral rights or any other right, including the right to approve the way we use such content.
You are responsible for the content of all Submissions and acknowledge that third parties may hold you responsible for content related claims including libel, invasion of privacy, and misappropriation of likeness and disclosure of confidential information.
USER CONDUCT. By using this service is are agreeing not to use this service for any illegal or inappropriate purpose and that you affirmatively represent and warrant:
that you will not make available any content that is unlawful, harmful, vulgar, defamatory, obscene, libelous, harassing, invasion of privacy or otherwise objectionable,
that you will not display pornographic or sexually explicit material of any kind,
that you will not advertise any illegal service or sell any items prohibited or restricted by applicable law,
that you will not upload, post, email, transmit or otherwise make available any material that contains software viruses or files or programs designed to interrupt, destroy or limit the functionality of any computer software or hardware,
that you will not upload, transmit or make available any unsolicited or unauthorized advertising, promotional materials, "junk mail," "spam,", "chain letters," "pyramid schemes," or any other form of solicitation,
that you will not collect, store or solicit information about other users or members for commercial or unlawful purposes or engage in commerical activity without the express written consent of RentalRewards.com.
RENTALREWARDS PARTICIPATION. Rental Rewards membership can only be used by one individual per Rental Rewards account.
Rental Rewards reserves the right to make adjustments to your account for such items as sales reversals, incomplete or cancelled transactions and returned purchases. Patterns of making purchases and cancelling those purchases are considered purchasing fraud and will result in the termination of your Rental Rewards account.
Member agrees to keep his account information up-to-date, including email and mailing address and personal information located in the "My Account" area of the Site.
A Member may forfeit their Rental Rewards Cash and Bonus points as the result of the following: 1) Discontinued participation in the Program, 2) Failure to keep their My Account personal contact information current, 3) Inactivity of the Program for 12 consecutive months.
Cash and Bonus points are automatically subtracted from Member's account as soon as the redemption request is received and verified.
Cash and Bonus points cannot be reinstated to the Member's account once a rewards redemption has been processed.
Inquiries concerning rewards ordered but not received must be submitted within 6 months of the time the original rewards redemption date. Rental Rewards will not be under any obligation to re-send any rewards for inquiries submitted after 6 months of the redemption date.
Rental Rewards points are not transferrable and are void if transferred.
Rental Rewards points may not be bought or bartered.
Rental Rewards reserves the right to modify or discontinue all or any part of the Rental Rewards service and program without prior notice to any Member.
Rental Rewards shall not be liable to any Member or any third party should Rental Rewards, at their discretion, choose to modify or discontiue the Rental Rewards Program.
DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES. The site is provided by RentalRewards.com on an “as is” and on an “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, RentalRewards.com makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the use or the results of this web site in terms of its correctness, accuracy, reliability, or otherwise. RentalRewards.com shall have no liability for any interruptions in the use of this Website. RentalRewards.com disclaims all warranties with regard to the information provided, including the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of implied warranties, therefore the above-referenced exclusion is inapplicable.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY. RentalRewards.com SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES WHATSOEVER, AND IN PARTICULAR RentalRewards.com SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY SPECIAL, INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGES, OR DAMAGES FOR LOST PROFITS, LOSS OF REVENUE, OR LOSS OF USE, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THIS WEB SITE OR THE INFORMATION CONTAINED IN IT, WHETHER SUCH DAMAGES ARISE IN CONTRACT, NEGLIGENCE, TORT, UNDER STATUTE, IN EQUITY, AT LAW, OR OTHERWISE, EVEN IF RentalRewards.com HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. INDEMNIFICATION. Member agrees to indemnify and hold RentalRewards.com, its parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers and employees, harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys’ fees and costs, made by any third party due to or arising out of Member’s use of the Service, the violation of this Agreement, or infringement by Member, or other user of the Service using Member’s computer, of any intellectual property or any other right of any person or entity.
MODIFICATIONS AND INTERRUPTION TO SERVICE. RentalRewards.com reserves the right to modify or discontinue the Service with or without notice to the Member. RentalRewards.com shall not be liable to Member or any third party should RentalRewards.com exercise its right to modify or discontinue the Service. Member acknowledges and accepts that RentalRewards.com does not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted or secure access to our website and operation of our website may be interfered with or adversely affected by numerous factors or circumstances outside of our control.
THIRD-PARTY SITES. Our website may include links to other sites on the Internet that are owned and operated by online merchants and other third parties. You acknowledge that we are not responsible for the availability of, or the content located on or through, any third-party site. You should contact the site administrator or webmaster for those third-party sites if you have any concerns regarding such links or the content located on such sites. Your use of those third-party sites is subject to the terms of use and privacy policies of each site, and we are not responsible therein. We encourage all Members to review said privacy policies of third-parties’ sites.

While RentalRewards.com makes every effort to ensure that the information on this website is accurate, we can make no representations or warranties as to the accuracy or reliability of any information provided on this website.

Member further agrees not to transmit any material that encourages conduct that could constitute a criminal offense, give rise to civil liability or otherwise violate any applicable local, state, national, or international law or regulation.

OTHER TERMS. If any provision of this Terms of Use Agreement shall be unlawful, void or unenforceable for any reason, the other provisions (and any partially-enforceable provision) shall not be affected thereby and shall remain valid and enforceable to the maximum possible extent. You agree that this Terms of Use Agreement and any other agreements referenced herein may be assigned by RentalRewards.com, in our sole discretion, to a third party in the event of a merger or acquisition. This Terms of Use Agreement shall apply in addition to, and shall not be superseded by, any other written agreement between us in relation to your participation as a Member. Member agrees that by accepting this Terms of Use Agreement, Member is consenting to the use and disclosure of their personally identifiable information and other practices described in our Privacy Policy Statement.
